In 2010 the syndicated television show AMERICA'S MOST WANTED chose to produce an episode on the unsolved murder of John Gilbride.
I spoke with two members of the production team, one that setup the shoots and a producer who was in Philadelphia.
The Gilbride family provided on-camera interviews with AMW over the course of two days.
Then AMW host Tom Morris Jr., a producer and camera crew trying to get Alberta Africa's story went to Philadelphia for MOVE's anniversary event for May 13th.
This is the raw footage of host Tom Morris asking questions and trying to make contact with Alberta (Wicker Gilbride) Africa. There were 100+ people in this room and other camera crews.
This episode never aired and then the AMW series ended. According to my sources, the "powers that be" behind AMW are the one that nixed this episode. *FYI, I have my own source for this footage as there were multiple cameras at MOVE's event/press conference that day.
Dozens of sources spanning the entire 50 year history of MOVE have spoken about verbal abuse, threats and the use of racial and homophobic slurs used against outsiders but also used inside of MOVE, both adults and children.
When you watch this video you will see MOVE children purposely put in front of the cameras and told to encircle Tom Morris. The MOVE children are not unnerved by this incident because verbal aggression was normalized within MOVE.

I went to Philadelphia on the anniversary of the MOVE CULT'S epic violent shootout with the police to confront them about the murder of a young man named John Gilbride who had joined the group and ended up being murdered.
